Privacy Policy for AI Kiddo

Dragos Roua ("we," "our," or "us") operates the AI Kiddo mobile application (the "App"). AI Kiddo is designed for children ages 5 and under, and we take children's privacy extremely seriously.

Our Privacy Commitment

AI Kiddo does not collect any personal information. The App is designed to work entirely offline, with all data stored only on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Photos, videos, or audio
  • Any data about your child

What Stays on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

  • App preferences (voice settings, selected languages)
  • Purchase status for expansion packs

This data is not transmitted to us or any third party.

In-App Purchases

When you purchase expansion packs, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made — we do not receive your name, Apple ID, payment method, or any personal details.

A parental gate (math challenge) is required before any purchase can be initiated.

Third-Party Services

AI Kiddo does not use any third-party services that collect data:

  • No analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
  • No advertising networks
  • No social media integrations
  • No crash reporting services that collect user data

The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store for processing purchases.

External Links

The App contains a link to our other app (addTaskManager) in the Settings screen. A parental gate is required before any external link can be opened.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

AI Kiddo is designed as a "Made for Kids" app and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations:

  • We do not collect personal information from children
  • We do not allow behavioral advertising
  • We do not enable children to make purchases without parental involvement
  • We do not include unprotected external links

Data Deletion

Since we don't collect any data, there is nothing to delete on our end. To remove all app data from your device, simply uninstall the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Our commitment to not collecting children's data will not change.
